Organisers choose a template or upload their own design, then place the name, logo, QR code and signature. The names and details below are made up.
Every certificate has a serial number and a QR code that anyone can check.
Frequently asked questions
How do participants get their certificate?
After the organiser releases the certificates, the participant enters their participant code and phone number or e-mail on the Find certificate page, then downloads the PDF.
How do I check that a certificate is genuine?
Scan the verification QR code on the certificate, or type the certificate code on the Verify page. The QR check shows a partly masked name and the last 4 digits of the MyKad, to compare with the certificate in your hand. A check by code only answers Valid or No match.
Who can see participant details?
The event organiser and the system administrator. IC, phone and e-mail are partly hidden on screen, and old data is deleted automatically. Read the Privacy Notice for details.
